For those of you who don’t know, Luna Halo has been playing around the Nashville area and Europe since 2000 and their live shows are becoming something of a legend. Their music is bursting with raw emotion and power and each song is crafted to be a masterpiece. The British alternative influences that were heavy on their first full length and on the self-titled EP slowly started fading into the background and now act as an added touch to some heavy rockers. The stand out track on the three EPs is"Half A World Away" – combining some Muse and Radiohead into a breathtaking cry for help; others, such as "New Drug & In Between" show just how hard these guys can rock. Be ready to watch for great things as this Nashville band finishes up their sophomore full length in the upcoming year and shops around for a new label. Just don’t forget to be the first to buy all of their independent releases before they hit superstardom and the prices sky rocket. Let me be the first to tell you, Luna Halo is set to take over the world. Be prepared.
